Allows up to four sensors to be used on a machine. It provides an e-stop signal to immediately stop the machine, and optional output contacts (both normally open and normally closed SPDT) to activate an alarm.
Detects a loss of vacuum (for hold down fixtures) and shuts the machine off. It must be connected to the vacuum side of any valve used to change work pieces without shutting off the machine. It includes a 30 to 0 in. of Hg vacuum gauge.
Detects low air pressure (less than 90psi, used for clamps) and shuts the machine off.
Detects movement of approximately 1.5mm in the X or Y axis at a sensor distance of 4 to 30mm, and shuts the machine off. There is a manual “hold” switch to allow turning off the sensor to change work pieces without it shutting off the machine.
